4.0l homemade air intake?

has anybody tried making a homemade air intake for their 4.0l. If you have could you tell me or take a pic or take pics and make a write up to share with me and everyone else.

I would really appreciate it.

have you tried doing a search for intake? check out ebay.com for some pretty cheap ones....

Heres mine just some aluminum pipe/plate welded and a APC cone. Theres a write up here somewhere.

I made a homemade Ram Air for my X....using dryer vent tubing....it did make a small difference, and cost about $15. I upgraded this to PVC pipe.....again, a small difference, and cost about $25-$30. No pictures as of now....but I'll post some when I get em.
