I have a 1999 sport with 134000 miles on it, it runs fine but when I start it up in the mornings it will rattle for a very short period" maybe 2 seconds" and then goes away.After it warms up it will get a noise from the motor that sounds like a can half full of BB's being shaken,it will not do this all the time.and when it dose it will go away at about 1000RPM.Dose this sound like the chain tensioner's ? If so how long has people drove before replacing or the thing lets go and the motor is shoot?I just can't see putting 2000.00 or more is this thing when it is worth maybe 4500.00 in today's market if I am lucky. My gut feeling is to just drive it till it goes and junk it out. Any idea's?
