4 wheel drive problem

I have a 92 XLT 4x4. When i use 4wheel drive i get this weird binding. If i let off the gas my truck will come to a stop quickly. My automatic hubs gave out, so i replaced them with warn manuals. This problem only occurs when the hubs are locked. I can engage the 4 wheel drive with the hubs unlocked and i don't have the problem. Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure your front diffy fluid is full and check your u-joints. 4X4 will drag, so some is normal, so I guess you will have to figure out if it is abnormally dragging. And you are not in Low, right?
