4r55e body valve issue

1996 ford ranger
I take out the most valves of the 4r55e body valve and clean it but I can't install the thermostat bypass/cooler limit, do I need a special tool?
 






No special tool is needed, check that the valves are pointing in the correct direction and in the correct order.
