4R70W with blinking O/D light

I have a 97 5.0 AWD that I just replaced the transmission in and now I am getting some DTC's. The original trans did not throw any codes, just had OD going out. The codes from the new are: P0750 ; P0713 ; and P1746.

I have checked all my wiring and everything is plugged in, fluid level is good, basically everything I can see is good. What could be making all three show up at the same time?

P0713 - trans fluid temp sensor circuit high input
P0750 - shift solenoid A
P1746 - shorted PCM output driver
Is the new trans from the same year?

Finally got it figured out. Apparently my truck was wired for the AOD-E and the re-builder wired the new one for 4R70W. Replaced the solenoids and wiring harness and all is working now.
