4th gen 2010 wheels on a 3rd gen 2002

I'm looking at putting a set of 2010 4th gen explorer rims on my wife's 2002 3rd gen. Did ford change the offset between the 3rd and 4th gen?

Anything else I should look for? I'm pretty sure the bolt pattern is the same.

Yes, I searched and didn't find anything.

They will work, offset is not significantly different. New 2010 tires are taller but still fit.
