3rd Gen Wheels on a 4th Gen

Question is as in the title: Will 3rd Gen rims fit on a 4th Gen Explorer? I'm scoping out a set of rims from a 3rd Gen to use as rims for a set of snow tires. Will they fit? Any issues with the TPMS?
