Got the flashing lights on a '97 Explorer XLT.
I have a new transfer case. So I am ruling out anything but maybe a loose wire or dirty connector. Just saw a great video on youtube, basically the flashing lights were caused by a loose ground wire. Check it out; sometimes
the simplest answer is the right one.
