This is what i saw on that link for parts i Need.

That is the Complete List of Every thing.

Complete Front End with gears to match your rear.
Warn Manual Locking hubs
4x4 Brake rotors
4x4 Steering linkages
4x4 springs
4x4 radius arms
front Axle Pivot mount (I will give you a picture of What needs to be done to that if you want.)
transmission hump plate
New interior shifter boot
front drive shaft
4x4 rear drive shaft
t-case skid plates
4x4 speedometer cable
Tail Shaft for 4x4 Mazda 5-speed
4x4 output shaft for Mazda 5-speed (25 spline)
Manual Shift Borg Warner 13-54
Manual Shift linkages

You Really wont Need to swap the Rear End unless it is to make the Gearing Match Front to Rear. I did not Swap my Rear I just bought a front End with 3.27 gears in it. I think you Said you had 3.08 so you might need new Gears in the rear because of that. There is a guy that is doing this to his EB but his Gears do not match so the 4x4 is usless till it is Regeared. Have a professional install the Outputshaft in the trans. Talk to the Salvage yard and see if they can get the output shaft. It costs about $360.00 new from the Dealer. All the Crossmembers are the Same. There is a but you will need Four Metal Rivits cut out of your Engine crossmember and Replaced with Bolts.

That list should do it, but that was for a first generation, yours is a third so there might be more issues that would have to be addressed.

EDIT: I just noticed you have the 02 ST, and that is the same setup as a second gen....isn't it?

An '02 Sport Trac would be the same as a 2nd Gen Explorer, yes. A 2nd Gen Sport Trac is the same as a 3rd Gen Explorer.

Jesus:
It would be so much easier/cheaper to sell your 2 wheel drive and look for a good used 4X4 ST.

You would need:
front diff with the same ratio as the rear in your truck now (I did an online search for this part in Puerto Rico. There is only 1 front diff available, a 3.73 ratio $600. If you have a differning ratio, you will have to buy new or have one shipped from the mainland.)
A manual shifting transfercase (BW1354)
manual linkages for the Tcase
driveshafts front and rear from a 4X4 (one rear driveshaft in P.R., $200, no fronts available)
4X4 steering knuckles (none in any junkyard in Puerto Rico, will have to be shipped)
left and right CV axles buy new, around 75 each
2 wheelbearing/hubs, dont bother buying any other brand than Timken. Cost $175 each
tailshaft from a 4X4 transmission or the whole 4X4 transmission (no 4X4 transmissions in P.R. available)

I searched the parts (that I could find) using a junkyard search engine (www.car-part.com) just to illustrate the costs involved in this mod. It can be done, but you will need to seriously think this through and decide if you want to spend that kind of cash to complete this.

yeah considering the cost, for the total i can buy a Nice 4x4 truck here!! then the ST to drive around and stuffs. I did a search on local classified pages and theres some nice ones in here!

Thanks guys!
