4X4 Christmas Present??

Since Christmas is passed for another year, and I missed this, then I'm going for New Year's Eve wish. I want to win the Mega Lottery tonite worth over 240 Million dollar's. Is that asking for to much?:

Well I did not win the big pot, but I did win $3.00 (oh! boy!), so I will reinvest by winning's once again. One of my brother's and sister-in-law's both out of state, had me buy them $5.00 each ticket's, but no win. So, generous as I am, I will use my 3 buck's and buy each of us one ticket, but they must share in the winning if they win. I don't know if anyone really one the whole jacket pot or not yet.

I like RSF because I grew up next door, but I don't like the association rules. You could prohibited from building a shop (you have to get permission to build anything, even on your own property), due to the possibility of bothersome noise to the neighbors. I guess you could insulate and put in AC so it would not disturb the royals.

Even when we both win it and you only get half.
By riff raff do you mean us, or the RSF security association police? There used to be a homeowner who had his own helicopter. The jerk used to fly around and take pictures of neighbor's back yards or places not visible from the outside and report them to the association.
I just want to be Bill Gates neighbor. He would not complain about the noise of a shop, since he has never actually stayed in his house there.

If I won, I wouldn't stay in CA. The state taxes would eat it up! Remember CA. is broke.
