I followed the thread on repairing the 4WD accuator motor and its never worked better.Use a hose end for a stop,reassembled and put back on.The plastic stop was in a million pieces.I have a spare one to have on hand as well that will get repaired.Now does this happen on the expeditions as well.I bought expedition for a really good deal and it sat for 2 years.It went into 4WD after a few tries.Just wondering if this happens to these as well.4WD works but if I can do anything to make it better I will.
