If the DS is turning, the hubs are likely the problem. You can convert to Warn manual hubs, but will need an adapter (also from Warn I think) Good luck
410 is correct that you really only have one front wheel that drives, because you have a open differiental in the front, so you might have just been looking at the worng wheel. It is definately better to go with manual hubs, that way you know for sure that whey are ingaged. This is a fairly inexpensive operation and you can do this yourself.
