Question is actually in regards to a 96 F150 4x4. Not sure if there are any similarities between the two. We cannot seem to get the 4x4 to engage fully. When the button is pressed you hear a click, and nothing appears to be engaging. I'm assuming its the motor that activates the transfer case but I'm not sure. Is there a way to manually enable the transfer case without having to replace parts? We are kind of in a bind because we are stuck in snow! Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
