Thats a very innovative idea you have to move that the the armrest. I like it personally.
A few tips though. I think you definitely need that sweet cobra head shifter from the auto parts store. Its has plug that goes in your cigarette lighter and the eyes light up. It would look totally bad@ss in your ride.
The other thing I thought of was a Monster Tach (like 5 or 6 inch) with a shift light. That would be sweet too.
