:navajo: Ok, I dynoed today and bone stock I got 178 WHP and 228 lbs torque on my 5.0 2WD

I have a slip for 2 more dynos so I am going to run it with the MAC CAI then MAC Catback to get what power they make.

I put the CAI on after the run and it is awesome when I hit the gas you can hear it growl mean! Can't wait to add the MAC catback... didn't know I would have to cut the stock exhaust to get it out while it's on the ground. I got it most the way apart and found out that I was denied and with no cutting tools I just had to put it back together and try later.

Next, I am going to add my Torque Monster Headers to my rig they look great, but I thought they would be bigger. I can't figuer out why I have a new oil filter with the kit.

I am sure Bob will speak up about that.

I will do a full write up and I do have pictures. I may still make a FAQ on how to install the CAI. The instructions they send are lacking or lacking pictures and thats what I like to see!

is it 2wd or awd or awd with the front d-shaft removeD?

Those are damn good numbers if it's awd. Most stockers dyno at about 155rwhp.

MAC Exhaust install

I installed the MAC Exhaust today which gives me respect for Japanese parts and engineering. The exhausts looks great, but the engineering of the fittings was sub par with what I am used to which is a direct fitment.

However, once I got the old exhaust out and this one back in and started the motor I knew I was going to like it. It growled deep and sounded very mean.

I took it around the block and put it in passing gear for a second or two and it was insane! Now the truck really sounds mean and I am happy.

Next is the Torque Monster headers and the Polished Cobra intake upper and lower manifold and my Ford Racing valve covers. I was going to do it today, but found that there was a lot more to the job then what I thought even after reading the directions and watching the video.

So that will happen next weekend or something when it's warm
