5.0L Oil cooler delete, how is it done?

Being from AZ (I can get in my truck and start it midday and the temp gauge starts at 115), and driving a 2000 5.0 (no oil cooler) I'm thinking of installing one, though not the Ford 96-97 type. Any suggestions as to a good size and maker for one?

Remote mount your filter and add an oil cooler is a great idea then you can gain capacity, run the larger filter, mount the filter in a better spot and easily add a nice oil cooler and gauge
