5 on 4.25" to 5 on 5" Lug Converter

I think this guy might have measured wrong. If they came off a Ranger/Explorer, then wouldn't they have to be 4.5" B.C.? As far I recall , the Ranger/Explorer never had a 4-1/4 (4.25") bolt pattern?
