5r55e problem help

I have a 2000 ranger 4x4 with 5r55e a/t. it whent out I fond one in auto yard when i whent to put it in it has one more senser than the old has . Just behind the bellhousing my old one dose not have a senser there will the new one work or not?

1997,s had an extra sensor. If it is a good trans, it should work ok.
