4 clutches in 4.0 and 5 clutches in V8. Either drum will work.

Thanks... I just ordered the drum, 13 quarts of mercon v and a new torque converter... I am sure the valve body and solenoid pack must have fine metal in them

Quick question how do I know if the drum piston is good or not? Also how much psi should I use when testing the pistons? Thanks

Good thing I bought the sonnax upgraded pump valve... the old one was stuck open but I dont get it I thought if the valve is stuck open the truck won't move?
