5R55W bonded separator plate reusable?

Hi all, first post here. I have a 2002 Ford Explorer with the 5R55W automatic transmission. Just pulled the valve body to install a TransGo shift kit and noticed the bonded gaskets are bubbling in spots. They do not appear torn, just lifting. Can I still use this plate or do I need to replace it? I'd hate to do all this work and learn the hard way that it's toast, but it's Saturday night and unless Napa or O'Reilly sells one I'm stuck until Monday (if the dealer has one in stock even). Any help you guys could offer would be much appreciated.

Welcome to this forum! It might not be a good idea to reuse it if it's starting to come apart.

Don't reuse!!! Sep plate gasket failure is a common issue on these transmissions and will need replaced with new! Thats why many don't like the transgo kits, superior and Ford give you new bonded sep plates with gaskets...
