5x7 T0 6x9 adapter?

does anyone know were i can find an adapter plate to go from a 5x7 to a 6x9 speaker?and has anyone put 6x9 speakers in there doors?if so what kind of modifications did you have to do and what kind of speakers did you use and how deep are they?

wow this is an old thread. anyhow, has anyone tried these? Trying to get 6x9 in 95 rear doors.
