Are there any factory ones that have fill hole? From a non Explorer possibly...

The Mustang guys use the 02 up IRS cover with the ears cut off, I have not seen any factory covers with a fill hole. Jegs sells a bolt in drain plug if you wanted to add one to your cover.

Check out the Down n Dirty different cover:

3/16" welded steel and comes with a fill plug, bolts, washers and a tube of Dynatex (brand) RTV silicone gasket maker for $69.95, delivered.

Mine arrived today. It has a nice powder coating finish and the welds look decent, but are not the best I've ever seen.

I think this as cheap as you're going to find one with a fill hole on it and that's why I went with this one. My cover is extra rusty and leaking at 158K, so something has to happen...

I was hoping to find some JY $5 specials I need 4 covers. The IRS cut the ears off may work or even the F150 8.8 fronts.

thanks all for the info.
