8" subs in the rear doors?

I was reading a post about putting some free air 8" subs in the doors, and was wondering if any of you have tried it yet?

So far I have only a Kenwood deck and some MB Quart 5.25" comps for the front. I figure this might help me round out the system a bit.

Yeah, I think the member's name was something like Fireman12 or something. He put in 8" Rockford Fosgates.
