'91 4.0 Engine Swap Needs Help!!!!

I am swapping a 4.0 motor in a '91 xlt, everything seems to be complete, but now the new motor will not turn over. When I turn the key on, everything seems fine, fuel injectors go, and then just a click like a dead battery. Starter is tested and working fine. I may be missing an electrical connection or something. Is there something specific I should be checking? I need some proffesional help and I figured I could find some on this forum if anything, thanks and any help would be appriciated.

Check engine grounds, starter relay, and the ignition switch wiring to the starter.

Does it turn over by hand? I once used 1/6th" to long bolts to bolt up my flywheel.. the bolts hit the back of the block, this made the engine seam like it was seiged.
Just a thought..
