91 Brake Problem RABS?

Just had a rear brake line rust out & leak. Replaced lines at rear axle, wheel cylinders, and shoes. Cannot get fluid to rear wheel cylinders. No apparent problem before leak. I am thinking the RABS is cutting off the fluid to the rear. Anyone have similar experience? Thanks.

Yes! The RABS valve rusts shut and will not allow fluid to flow to the rear brakes. Replace the RABS valve and try again.

I'm thinking that's the problem also. Just seems odd that I had fluid to the rear brakes befor the line broke. Thanks.
