just thought i would post what i have been working on for almost 2 years have changed my swap serveral times and have finally found the axles i am using started with d44 9" swap then 4.0 blew up swapped in 302 c-6 205 and thats where it stopped for awhile. followed all the swaps going on on this site and this site is what kept me going now i am going to finish swap. first off will finish wiring up motor get it running then swap in 14 bolt rear with 456 gears and detriot,front D60 456 gears open for now using these axles because i already had them left over from another project and want the drivetrain to be stout. going with leafs in the rear for now and coils extended radius arm set up on front to get it wheeling again and if my wheeling style needs it then i will link front and rear just want this running again. wish i would have just built it the way i wanted to start with and not changed so much on swap did finish the 44 9" swap just never finished motor got discouraged and stopped working on it because i wanted the one ton running gear any way and let others discourage me from swapping them in, will post up pics soon and hope to have finished by summer
