I have a 91 XLT in which I want to install Fog lights on. I know there are plenty to choose from from what I am looking for is someting that looks Factory Installed. Any suggestions.

Is there / was there a factory fog set for 91s?

There was on the 93/94, you would need the lower valance with the cutouts, about $40 new on ebay, and the lights and brackets that mount them to the bottom of the bumper, you would want to aftermarket there, unless you can find some decent used ones, NOS ones are rediculously expenisive. I think the switch was mounted below the rear defroster button on the dash, maybe someone with this setup can confirm. You will have to wire everything yourself. I have a couple on my brush guard, and mouted a lit up toggle switch close to where the factory had it.

If you want the truly factory look, you can pay for the factory valance with the cutouts, and get the factory fogs to go with it. BUT, if you want the factory look at a cheaper price, you can just get any good set of small rectangular fog lights ($19.99 for the cheap ones, $50-60 for a quality pair), then cut out your stock valance to fit the fogs. The stock bumper also has holes underneath on either side that allow you to run larger aftermarket fogs in front of the valance, which is an even better option. Get something like a pair of Hella 550's and you'll have more light than the smaller fogs.

Thanks.

I've seen the valances for sell and thought about that and I also saw someone on here that mounted them in the bumper cut outs.

I guess it's up to me on which way to go.

Thanks again for the info. Oh, and it's a '92. :)
