99 xlt fog lights not working..

my brother has a 99 xlt and on his way home from work he noticed that his fog lights were not working, so he went to press the button and the indicator light did not illuminate nor did the fog lights come one..just nothing. so i checked the fuse for it and put in a new one, nothing..any ideas on whats wrong with them? why they would have all of the sudden stopped working? thanks.

same f..king problem on my 2000 limited tried every thing cant get them to cut on at all
