Hey Guys-
I am in the middle of retorquing my Cylinder heads and re-assembling everything, but I just realized that I left my Haynes Manual at home (over 4 hours away round trip). I was hoping someone with a Haynes could give me some torque specs.... thanks.

Engine is a '97 5.0 (V8).

I need the following torque specs:
- Lower Intake Manifold (Both Steps)
- Upper Intake Manifold (I think this is 17 ft-lbs)
- Valve Covers (I think this is 160 - 180 in-lbs)

Thanks for any help you can give. I'll jump back on in an hour or so to check them.

Ok I've got a Haynes manual:

- Lower Intake Manifold Step 1 89 in-lbs Step2 24 lb-ft
- Upper Intake Manifold 12-18 lb-ft per a 2000 Ford Explorer service manual I have
(I couldn't find this in Haynes)
- Valve Covers 144 - 180 in-lbs

mwking-
Thanks, that's what I needed. Now I can get back to torquing, hopefully have the X back up and running in the next 2 hours, yippee.
