93 EX Door Speaker HELP!

I want to put in new door speakers in my 93' Explorer. Can someone please give me directions on how to replace the speakers? Whats the real way car audio shops do it? I tried to pull out the plastic grill and now its just all bent. Please help, THANKS!!!

Plastic grill? On the door panel or inside?

On my 91 you have to take the door panel off (first have to unscrew some screws below the door handle, and in the A-pillar up front).. Once you get that off, you'll see the speaker mounted on a plastic or metal enclosure, and there are like 4 more screws holding the speaker onto that. Don't worry about taking that enclosure out, just remove the speaker from it.

There will be a clip that pulls out from the back of the speaker with the wiring in it.. I just cut mine and soldered the wires to the new speakers, but I'm sure they make little plugs to can make things easier.
