93 Ex Limited Wont Turn Over.

i replaced the spark plugs, wires, its getting fuel, and the air filter is new. distributor box is good as well.(im pretty sure) someone please help. i just bought this truck and have fallen in love with it, and really hope it hasnt kicked the bucket this early into my ownership. i am rather mechanically enclined. top of my shop class all 4 years through high school. it just does not make sence. i have tried everything. someone please help. its a 1993 Explorer Limited.

What do you mean by the engine won't turn over? Does the starter turn the engine and it just won't start?

i fixed it, my friend said i probably had a dead cell, took it to walmart, they charged it said it was fine, but i killed the battery so they would exchange it, so i sat in walmart for 2 hours, to get the battery back charged, dropped it in, and it fired right up. im just baffled that it would turn the engine all day, but just not start.
