94 explorer front brake noise

when i step on the brake hard comming to a stop i hear wrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr almost to the end of stoping. i have new rotors and pads. the rotors have alittle shake already there only a yr old. so right now im just wondering whats the wwwwwwwwwwwrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr noise. thanks

yes its a 4x4 it only does it when i brake

...The opposing force of the brakes, let's the loose rotor shift and the bearings bind...

...Then you should read that link, pull your tire, and do a little investigating....If it is a bearing and you let it go, you will soon be replacing more parts than needed...
