94 ranger 2.3 runs bad after warm up

hi i have a 94 ranger 2.3 it runs great when its cold after it warms up it misfires and it wont crank when i stop along the way it always starts after it cools down

after it warms up i get a check engine light. ive replaced fuel pump and fuel filter plugs wires exhaust system icm module plugs wires 02 sensor and coil packs. i cleaned maf but not sure i done it right please help its killing my wallett
