Just installed shackles and spacers yesterday. It went pretty smooth and easy, thanks to all the info and tips I found on this site. I used the Warrior shackles and the Daystar spacers. The only thing was the stud extenders provided were too big to fit my stud, it was loose. It was ok, I didn't need them , but if I did, I would've been screwed. I don't notice a difference in handling, but I will be taking it in for an alignment tomorrow, I can see it needs that. New pics are located at http://groups.msn.com/TimandLori/4x4.msnw

I also changed my Auto hubs to Warn Manuals. My grease was still pretty thick so I opted not to regrease everything at this time. I just added it where needed. The tips section on this conversion was also helpful to me. I took pictures along the way, kinda showing each step. Maybe these may be helpful to someone as a reference. Pics of these are located at http://groups.msn.com/TimandLori/hubconversion.msnw

Thanks alot Tim

That is very helpful I will be adding warner manuels very soon to my Sport and this helps alot:D Thanks again:)

Glad to help a fellow explorer :) ! They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I was a little intimidated at first, having only written directions and no pictures, but after doing the first side, the second side was easy. I figured somebody could use it. Maybe they will put it in the "List of useful threads". Hell, they could just post the pictures in the directions that are on the tech tips page. OK by me :D

Truck looks great! How much did your alignment/camber adjustment cost? Thanks,

My alignment cost $60. They did alot of twisting and turning. I was prepared to have new camber bushings installed ,which would have cost more, but fortunately they were able to get it "within specs" without them. I think he said the bushings were almost maxed out. The same place I bought my tires from - did my alignment. I am pretty sure they would have put them in , had I needed them. They don't want to screw my tires up or they will have to replace them!
