Just installed shackles and spacers yesterday. It went pretty smooth and easy, thanks to all the info and tips I found on this site. I used the Warrior shackles and the Daystar spacers. The only thing was the stud extenders provided were too big to fit my stud, it was loose. It was ok, I didn't need them , but if I did, I would've been screwed. I don't notice a difference in handling, but I will be taking it in for an alignment tomorrow, I can see it needs that. New pics are located at http://groups.msn.com/TimandLori/4x4.msnw
I also changed my Auto hubs to Warn Manuals. My grease was still pretty thick so I opted not to regrease everything at this time. I just added it where needed. The tips section on this conversion was also helpful to me. I took pictures along the way, kinda showing each step. Maybe these may be helpful to someone as a reference.
