Steer away from Throttle body spacers on cars with EFI, they will do exactly nothing for you
Spacers are there to make more time for the air and fuel to mix, making a more effecient combustion in the chambers. Well the fuel and air dont mix on EFI until its actually in the chambers... so no point at all to waste money on a spacer.
There are plenty of places to get stuff, ill give ya some links. Personally i think you should get the 66mm throttle body first $220 (garenteed to put some extra ponies under there, worth the money). You can go with the KKM, but its 100 bucks for a filter, JC whitney had the same thing for like 20 bucks, and if you want some *bling* *bling* under there (or you have intake leaks in the stock tubing like me) go with the iFab intake, it comes with Filter and tubing.
Pro-M makes a MAF, but you dont need this right away, i noticed a small difference when i first put it on (mainly sound and freeness in the RPM range) but its not worth the $200 until you get a chip.

The MAF can be bored out a great bit, but the throttle body is probably biggest obstuction on the upper intake line.
But one these cars the biggest bottle neck after the bigger throttle is the lower intake and the cylinder heads. Porting them out is ideal... 30-40+ hp gain ideal.. and since our trucks are pushrods, even the most novice mechanic can do it! i would recommend going to the junk yard and trying it out on a pair of junk ones first, but if you know what you are doing then thats probably the most worth while (for them money, basically free if you have a grinder) mod on our 4.0L
I imagin if you just put a 66mm throttle, ported your own heads and intake, and put hedman headers on there... from 160hp stock, all that alone will get you over 210-220 hp... with the stock cams, and stock chip
