95-97 Clear/Red/Clear tails

Well I did lots of seaching and didnt want to spend over $100 for something I've seen for less than $80, and getting pulled over and being told that my solid clear tail lights arnt very safe for people behind me being as the brake light isnt very bright and CA law I guess states that the light must be visible from 500ft away... Which I'm assuming they arnt because they are very dim.

This is my 3rd set of tails, I started with the Amber/Red/Clear then went all Clear (more like privacy clear), then purchased real all Clear (with moved lights which I tried to get to work but only way is to cut the wiring, so it was never installed), and just now I ordered what I originally wanted in the begining Clear/Red/Clear.

P.S. I bought some LED brake, signal, and reverse lights and actually purchased a second pair of brake lights because the first ones I bought were more of a light redish amber color and the newer ones I have are actually red. Pics of my end result will come when the new tails come in being as I know lots of people are very dissapointed with LED lights. Im currently using PIAA 3157's for my reverse and signals (incredibly bright) which I was also told by a police officer that they needed to be replaced because of the blue exterior.

i'm definitly gonna get those. i've been wondering about the red/clears. i had some on my 92 accord. looked really clean and nice. i hate altezzas.

Well I just wanted to say don't order them just yet, I'm doing a test buy, I felt the site was a little odd on credit card payment and shipping was kinda cheap. But they do have a PayPal option, Ill let you know if I get the item.

Edit* well I just noticed on thing that might be a major problem... I ordered the clear red clear, it states that its for a 98-00, picture is of a 95-97 and manufacture part number states its for a 95... I called and the guy said it would be based on item description...

Yeah, I noticed that. I emailed them asking if they really ad the C/R/C but so far no response, I doubt they have them in stock.

damn. finally find a really nice looking set of rear lights and its overpriced. wish i can make my own. is there anywhere they sell just clear. figure i can paint those just like the red/clear.

Found them again! I was looking again because the paint on my all clear was starting to peel (paint looked crappy anyway)

make sure to put amber signal bulbs in then. I have those on my second gen with a white bulb there blinding.

thats why im getting them im going to put either led bulbs in the front or just the rear so it blinks faster too
