95 Explorer blower problems

I have a 95 Explorer XLT and the blower for the fan is intermittently not working. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. We've checked the fan, it's fine. We've checked the switch, it's fine. Any suggestions?

There are blower relays in aux relay box#2 that may be your problem.... sometimes the relays don't operate or the contacts are burnt / "bruised"...
