95 explorer question

i have a 95 explorer xlt i have a problem i want to ask about before i try to fix it some times when i turn the key the radio loses all memory more so if i turn it back to listen to the radio then try to start it like the time goes back to 12:00 and flips to am. plus a few times the crusie control light on the dash would light up but not lock in now it dont even light up and some times the wiper washer dont spray have to push it a few time then it will work wipers work good just not the washer . the horn works good .and in the summer the starter would just click wiggle the key then it would start but it has not done that for like 2-3 months . can some tell me what the problem is and what am i look for to fix it thank u

i'm thinking ignition switch. not the part that you put your key into, but the switch itself.
