Out of commission for about 2 months- NEED HELP- took explorer in to have transmission replaced under warranty- when finished- transmission okay but will not stay cranked- have replaced several sensors- diagnostic computer cannot come up with anything- uninstalled aftermarket quick start- so I am back to basic factory mode- still will only crank up for about ten minutes and then will cut off and not start anymore for the day. Is there something they could have done in replacing the transmission that is causing this? No one seems to be able to help.

suggesting the ignition module.....one day go out and pull off one wire, ground it with something and the crank it (it'll run like hell cuz itll be on 5 cylinders) just keep an eye on the spark. if the spark stops right b4 it dies, you ignition module is PROBABLY to blame

definitely a possibility. If you can, check the fuel pressure while it's running. It should be around 35 psi on idle. Could be the fuel pump or regulator or something related. Maybe as simple as a relay.

"diagnostic computer cannot come up with anything" -- Does this mean "nothing at all" or "all pass?" Though it isn't 100%, I would expect a bad ICM to throw a code.

Fuel pressure is certainly something to look at.
