Explorer will not start

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer, one day it just did not start, the gas pump was changed because that was believed to be the problem but it was not. Now we are almost sure it is because the factory alarm is interfering and blocking the motor start. The truck also has a viper alarm which might be interfering with it. Is there anyway to reset the factory alarm turn it off or somehow make the truck start. Thank you in advance all the help is appreciated.

is the theft light blinking. if your fuel pump isnt coming on u should check all the relays and fuses if u havent already. or it could be the inertia switch
