Hey guys, from a newbie to this site!
Ive looked around this site for a couple days now and i cannot find this particular problem or combination of problems (hopefully not) anywhere here. My bad if their is already a thread about this, anyways...
I inherited an automatic 1995 control trac 4wd explorer XLT a number of years ago and have loved it ever since. Recently i have had problems with 4wd auto, my XLT has no trouble engaging 4wd auto but as i coast down the snowy mountain roads of colorado it begins to moan, also brakes and steering feel somewhat different than when in 2wd. .. After 10 min of driving both 4wd auto and low lights will begin to flash and eventually dissappear and will not return. Ive taken it in to the shop and they insist nothing is wrong.
Does anyone have any idea what may be happening with my car? Is this normal??? anything would help, thanks a bunch!!!!
