Man I wish they'd use that stuff in Wisconsin. My Ex is rusting on all the doors and in small patches in the underside of the body and other then really expensive metal fabbing, there's nothing I can do about it.

that sucks dude..its unheard of here for a late 80s truck thats been in-state all its life to be rusting.

ok i got alittle done..

recovered the console lid..it had a hole.

here was what the tires looked like..bubbles and all warped and crap..bad!!

so its now rocking the studded snow tires and steel wheels...heres how its sitting right now

i got it all apart trying to find that antanna wire..i found it. trying to figure out why its got no radio reception.

oh and last night..i took it for a test drive again after switching over to the studds...and i set my phone ontop of the truck..well needless to say..i will be getting a new phone..

did you drive over that??? a few weeks ago my buddy set his phone on the hood of his minivan then started driving and it slide off, then he drove over it...i dropped my old 3360 on a tile floor and had a screen similar to that for about 6 months...

nice x, if you wanna sell those studs let me know....

i was using my truck phone..then i got this phone...now im not sure wht im going to do..my grandma offered to get me a new phone..so i dont know what the plan is.

john, no it just slid off the roof and hit the ground..luckly i did not run it over. it still works. i just cant see anything..haha

i'll have to ask about the snow tires..its not my choice..BTW would you be interested in my old exhaust?

Lol, never mind the middle finger how come your camera hand looks like you have 12 inch fingers? Nice job recovering the console.. I need to do that too, where did you get the material and did you need any special tools?!

haha that finger pic..my hand looks that way because thats where the fender bulges out. so it looks all funky

the console is pretty easy..kinda a pain in the butt..

but you will need a phillips head screw driver,staple gun with small staples,somthing to cut the fabric.

i got the material at "joanns" fabric..$6.99 a yard..and this does not take very much material.
