The wife's ex is howling and not just at idle. I had replace the IAC last summer. I did not buy a genuine Motorcraft. We have also noticed a surging while coasting downhill. I'm not sure if the 2 are connected or if there is 2 different issues. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
