96 4.0 to 98?

Can a 96 4.0 be a direct swap into a 98 or do i need to change computer etc? Thanks in advance.

i have heard the mounts are different, and the flywheels are different(6 bolts vs. 8 o the newer trucks) but i beleive you can use the flywheel that matches your engine
