Personally I would just pull the 3" blocks out of the rear and put the ranger back to stock.

which truck?....the explorer or the ranger?.....is the explorer a sport?

the expolorer is an xlt, id put the ranger back to stock but its already got 31` mud terrains on it and i do go out time to time to the woods with a bunch of friends but nothing serious thats why i was looking for a way to level it out

crank up the t-bars on the ranger.

t bars? car to explain

im only 2wd thoguh i dont believe i have that i just looked any other idea's? its just a standard 98 2wd

i just foudn 2.5 inch lift springs on ebay they shojuld do the trick

the 98 rangers 2wd's arnt t-bar?.....what suspesnion are they?

booosted supra >> look for some "drop plates" or "Lift brackets" for the front axle and some coil-spring spacers. This is probably the easiest way to level out the front. A good site for Ranger-related thigns is The Ranger Station - especially the "Technical Library" section which includes a detailed writeup on how to make your own lift brackets.

i just bought some 2 inch lift springs off of ebay, i guess they should do the trick right?
