OK I'm having trouble trying to figure out why my 96 explorer xlt is having trouble when starting. I checked all the vacuum lines they are fine, replaced the maf, IAC, and the tps. Pulled and cleaned the throttle body, but it is still having trouble starting. When it's a cold engine it will begin running then seems like it gets too much air and stalls out I can hear it "burbing". Once I get it started and warm it runs fine. I can turn it off and start it right back up no problem, it only does it when it's a cold start.

First place to look is vacuum leaks, second place to look is the ECU temperature sender.

I would also check the fuel pump. Cold start issues are well documented with a faulty fuel pump.

I replaced the fuel pump, filter, relay and fuel cut off switch last summer.
