96 Explorer XLT LED Mounting Brackets?

I've been playing around with the idea of wanting a LED light bar above my windshield on my 96 XLT. Turns out, nobody makes the standard door jamb mounts specifically for them. They do for Rangers, F-150s, etc..
Question is: who has successfully used mounts or brackets designed for the vehicles mentioned above, or know where to get the Explorer 2nd gen mounts from?
It also seems it's only 50" or 52" in that area.

This company claims their #700 (Ranger) works for the Explorer. I found a similar set on eBay for $60, compared to $160+. See top comments on the page.
