96 v8 heater blows but no heat

hey guys the heater is blowin good both in the front and the back unit but no heat coming from either ...any help would be apreciated

Check the coolant level?

Is your temp guage reading where it should? Could be a bad thermostat. Or possibly a clogged heater core.

After the engine is warmed up, turn on the heater to High. Touch the heater core hoses (about 1-inch diameter). If one is hot and the other is not, the heater core is plugged or the valve is not opening to let the hot water into the heater core.
