Just a quick question guys; When I go slowly over a speed bump, my truck groans, creaks and generally protests the up/down motion of the body. Am I correct in assuming that the torsion bar ends need at a minimum, lubing or could this be the shocks? Any recommendations on the best lube for this?

Probably the lower ball joints, but that's just a guess.

i have the same problem...i used some silicon lube on the sway bar bushings and that helped a little...but not completely.

Ball joints. I had the same thing happen to me, its around 800 bucks to have all 4 replaced and aligned.

Blah- do your own ball jonts and save big bucks, its not that hard. There are write ups in the link in my signature to replace the uppers and lowers. Parts + Alignment is not nearly $800.
