97 Eddie Bauer. I can't get my rear door open.

I have a 97 Explorer Eddie, & I can,t get the rear drivers side door to open ! I've tried removing the inner door moulding & removing the lock And that didn't do it! what can I do to open the door?

Welcome to this forum! I've renamed, and moved your thread to the stock 95-01 section. Do you have a child safety lock on the rear door?

no the child safty locks are off..

i mean can you open the door from the outside?? or is it stuck both ways

well

try bending the rod that goes to the door handle....to the lock cylinder....otherwise i would take it to a shop and try to get them to jurry rig it open....it might be your latch...sometimes tehy stick
